Haus mit Garten und Pool (Arbeiten sind vorzusehen). Ein renoviertes Ferienhaus vervollständigt die Behausungen. Die Nebengebäude verfügen über einen Weinkeller von 8000 hl, der aus zwei Teilen besteht: einem traditionellen Weinkeller von 1000 m2 aus Beton, der gut ausgestattet ist, und einem neuen Weinkeller mit doppelter Fassadenverkleidung als Erweiterung. Der Edelstahltank ermöglicht es, die Weine unter optimalen Bedingungen zu vinifizieren, zu lagern und auszubauen.
