Availles-Limouzine is a small town with a historic centre, stunning river scenery, and shops: a butcher, baker, grocer, florist, hairdresser, garage, pharmacy, two doctors and two dentists, a fabulous restaurant and two café bars. The house has private parking for 3 cars, an attached back garden, mains drains, modern insulated roof, insulated walls, and modern electrics. The main room, with logburner, kitchen and living area, connects to a downstairs bedroom (or separate lounge) and to the shower room with WC. Stairs lead up to an attic bedroom with window (the height is fine for me, I'm 1.8m). It's a great, easy to maintain and to heat house for one or two people, or a perfect holiday home.
